Anko Mitarashi (みたらしアンコ, Mitarashi Anko)
Is the proctor for the second exam, of the Chūnin Selection Exams, and leader of the Infiltration, and Reconnaissance Party in Konohagakure village. Despite portraying several "Naruto-like" habits, she has shown to be very knowledgeable and studious. However, she is also shown to have a bloodthirsty (in a literal sense) side, as shown when she scratched Naruto's face with a kunai, and licked away his blood.
She was shown to have very quick reflexes and precise aim. Anko knows several forbidden and snake related techniques, She is also shown to summon snakes and use them for the Hidden Shadow Snake Hands technique and its stronger variant. The fact that she was sent to lead the team searching for Kabuto is strongly suggestive of how much Konoha respects her skill.

Is an ongoing Japanese manga series written, and illustrated by Masashi Kishimoto. The plot tells the story of Naruto Uzumaki, an adolescent ninja who constantly searches for recognition, and aspires to become a Hokage. The ninja in his village that is acknowledged as the leader and the strongest of all. The series is based on a one-shot comic by Kishimoto, that was published in the August 1997 issue of Akamaru Jump.
